Gabriel Sanchez holds a Masters in Information Security Engineering from the SANS Technology Institute, SANSx10, CompTIA SME, PMP, and CISSP. With extensive expertise, he is a Cyber Bootcamp Lead Instructor, oversees a Global Incident Response team and runs Industrial Control System (ICS) Security Operation Center (SOC) for multinational clients with 1898 & Co. With a 20+ year career in cybersecurity, Gabriel is an expert with running Security Operation Centers and Incident Response teams across diverse sectors, including banking, utilities, and government entities.

Joshua Magady, a cybersecurity expert with 20+ years of experience, has developed three highly successful Managed Security Services (MSS) from inception to market leader. As the Global Director of Technology Operations & Chief Architect for MSS at 1898 & Co., he leads global MSS strategy, emphasizing cutting-edge technology and efficiency. Joshua's career includes roles at Technology Solutions and 10-D Security, where he positioned the latter as a premier MSSP. His deep expertise includes ICS/SCADA threat detection platforms, AI/ML, automation, and Python applications for data analysis, establishing him as a leading authority on ICS SOC development and management.

Pascal Ackerman is a seasoned industrial security professional with a degree in electrical engineering and over 20 years of experience in industrial network design and support, information and network security, risk assessments, pentesting, threat hunting, and forensics. After almost two decades of hands-on, in-the-field, and consulting experience, he joined ThreatGEN in 2019 and is currently employed as managing director of threat services and research. His passion lies in analyzing new and existing threats to ICS environments and he fights cyber adversaries both from his home base and while traveling the world with his family as a digital nomad.
