Konstantin Cvetanov is a principal architect at ProSys Information Systems, which is one of only ten Citrix National Partners in the United States. He designs, implements, and supports enterprise virtualization systems and end user computing solutions for Fortune 500 companies across a variety of industries. Before he joined ProSys, he worked for Citrix as an escalation engineer, fixing production outages on a daily basis and participating in the development and testing of the latest Citrix product releases and patches. Besides his experience inside and outside the Citrix organization, he has his own technical blog at https://www.pvsguy.com, where most frequently, he writes about Provisioning Server, XenApp, and XenDesktop. From the rest of the Citrix products, he is very passionate about NetScaler. Beyond this, he is a cloud enthusiast with a strong passion for automation and troubleshooting methodologies. He is very interested in the transition from private to hybrid and public clouds. In his spare time, he enjoys reading about robotics and artificial intelligence.
Guillermo Musumeci is a Windows Infrastructure Architect specialized in Citrix and virtualization with 16 years of experience. He has a passion for designing, building, deploying, and supporting enterprise architectures using Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware products.



He worked as Project Manager and Senior Consultant in medium to large Citrix and virtualization projects in America, Europe, and recently he relocated to Asia, where he lives with his wife and two children.



Guillermo is also the founder and developer of the popular site CtxAdmTools, which provides free tools to manage Citrix environments, Active Directory, and more.



He holds more than 25 Citrix, Microsoft, and VMware certifications.
Vaqar Hasan is an IT Consultant living in Toronto, Canada. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He also holds a degree in Commerce and has many certifications from vendors such as Citrix, Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA, Exin, and Apple. He is a Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer and an Administrator (CCEE and CCEA). His main focus of interest has been Citrix and the VMware technologies. Vaqar loves to do consulting and has been engaged with companies having one of the largest IT infrastructures in Canada, such as Bell, Service Alberta, and Bank of Nova Scotia.
Esther Barthel MSc has been working in different roles and functions as an IT consultant since she finished her Masters degree in Computer Science in 1997. She has worked as a web developer, database administrator, and server administrator until she discovered how Server-Based Computing ( SBC ) combined servers, desktops, and user experience in one solution. She has been specializing in virtualization solutions such as SBC, VDI, application, and server virtualization for over seven years now and currently works as a senior consultant at PepperByte, where she designs and implements Citrix solutions for both small-business and large-enterprise infrastructures scaling from 100 to 15,000 users. Ever since she hosted introduction days for technical female student candidates, Esther has been sharing her passion and knowledge for IT. What started out as small internal meetings to report on the latest technologies is growing from technical blog posts into international presentations at Citrix User Groups and events like E2EVC. There's no surprise that she has now taken up the challenge to write her first technical book, Citrix XenApp 6.5 Expert Cookbook, for a well-known publisher, Packt Publishing , offering a selection of recipes (how-to's) that allow experienced Citrix XenApp administrators to automate, monitor, troubleshoot, and manage advanced XenApp infrastructures.
