##########################
   ABOUT
##########################

This package is for New Installations ONLY.
You need a working Mambo Installation. You can fetch Mambo from
http://mamboforge.net

There's a separate Package available for
   * Manual Installations and Updates

This package contains some code from the original 0.8.0 Edikon Corp. phpShop distribution available at www.phpshop.org

This package was developed on Mambo version 4.5.2, but can be used on all Mambo versions up from 4.5 1.0.3.

 -- IMPORTANT --
Please note that module and component SHOULD be used together!
The thing is that you can only access all areas of the component via the mambo-phpShop Main Module links.

You can surely create a new Menu Item linking to mambo-phpShop, but then you must Publish the mambo-phpShop module.

##########################
   INSTALLATION
##########################

It's as easy as with all other Mambo components and modules:

    a. Unpack mambo-phpShop_x.x_COMPLETE_PACKAGE.zip, so you see

com_phpshop_x.xxx.tar.gz, some files beginning with mod_*.tar.gz and 2 other Mambot Packages

    b. Go to Components --> Install/Uninstall, give it your path
to the file com_phpshop_x.xx.tar.gz file and click 'Upload Component'

    c. Go to Modules --> Install/Uninstall, give it your path
to the file mod_phpshop_x.xx.tar.gz file and click 'Upload module'

    d. If installed correctly, you can see the mod_phpshop in the list of
your installed modules. Go now to modules --> Site Modules
Check 'mambo-phpShop Module' and click on 'Publish'.

       Note:
Since unpublished modules and components appear by default on
the last page of modules listed, you may need to browse component
and module pages until you find the mambo-phpShop module.

    Done.

Unless the module is published, mambo-phpShop can't be used properly.

IF successful, the installer will have created the following directory structure:

         /components/com_phpshop
         - contains code for non-administrative surfing and ordering

         /components/com_phpshop/shop_image
         /components/com_phpshop/shop_image/vendor
         - contains the vendor images

         /components/com_phpshop/js
         - contains JavaScript Files

         /components/com_phpshop/shop_image/product
         - contains the product images

         /components/com_phpshop/shop_image/ps_image
         - contains general administration/shop images

         /components/com_phpshop/shop_image/stars

         /administrator/components/com_phpshop
         - contains config files and the main phpshop-parser

         /administrator/components/com_phpshop/classes
         - contains all the classes (formerly the /lib/*.inc - directories)

         /administrator/components/com_phpshop/html
         - contains all the "ihtml" files (formerly the /html - directories)

         /administrator/components/com_phpshop/html/templates

         /administrator/components/com_phpshop/languages
         - contains the language files
